First Visit Experience

When you first visit our office, you immediately become part of our family. We provide an open, honest, and professional environment in which to discuss all of your dental concerns. You’ll meet the team, engage in some friendly conversations, and leave feeling confident about your oral health. Dr. Shefrin will answer all of your questions, and you’ll be scheduled for a secondary appointment with our hygienist.

Your initial appointment is all about getting to know you, and addressing your current concerns. You are more than a set of teeth, which is why we stress the importance of total oral health to your overall well-being.

Everything you need to stay on top of your dental health right at your own desk. Please download our New Patient forms, print, and fill them out in the convenience of your own home.  Just don’t forget to bring them to your first appointment

Amenities/Comfort

We want you to stay comfortable throughout your visit to our office. Relax in our waiting room while watching television, or stay warm with a blanket and neck pillow during your treatment. Our office has overhead music throughout, and our computerized treatment rooms are perfect for helping you make informed choices. Before you leave, don’t forget a new toothbrush and toothpaste from our hygiene bays.

Payment Options

We want you to get the best care. A healthy mouth and a dazzling smile are priceless. We offer a variety of payment methods, so please discuss payment options with our care coordinators, as we are glad to offer assistance when necessary. The full payment for treatment is required at the time of service.  We will work with you and your insurance provider to get you the most reimbursements.
