Dr. Mark Shefrin, DMD

Dr. Mark Shefrin has been providing superior dental care to patients in the Duluth area since 2008. Since establishing his own practice, Dr. Shefrin has been committed to making all of his patients feel like family, from the moment they enter the office and even after they leave.

He graduated from University of Manitoba Dental School in 2001, and entered an Advanced General Dentistry residency program at the University of Michigan. However, his thirst for knowledge continues beyond his time at both universities. Every year, Dr. Shefrin completes at least 200 hours of continuing education, and has also studied with the Pankey Institute of Dentistry. Dr. Shefrin empowers his team and his patients to learn as much as they can about their dental options and health.

With close attention to detail and a gentle hand, Dr. Shefrin has earned his patients’ trust and respect, and he always provides the highest level of care.

He is an active member of The Alpha Omega International Dental Organization, and also sits on the Pankey Foundation Board of Advisors at the Pankey Institute.

Dr. Shefrin and his wife Dr. Laurie Shefrin, who is also a dentist, have two children.
